After AdSense rejection 7 I stopped treating technical SEO as the fix
Short answer: The 4 October 2026 AdSense decision is still Low value content. Ads.txt is Authorized. I am not requesting review again until first-hand posts have been public long enough to be recrawled, and I removed generic definition URLs from the index.
The only line that matters
The email says the site is not ready and links to Sites. On 4 October the Sites row for aviwebsquad.in was:
| Column | Value |
|---|---|
| Approval | Needs attention |
| Status details | Low value content |
| Ads.txt | Authorized |
Contact, privacy, and ads.txt were not the stated reason.
What was already true
Privacy, terms of service, cookie, and about pages returned 200. The homepage had an indexable H1. Sixteen older build logs had been re-saved so sitemap lastmod was not stuck in June. That work is sitemap lastmod vs scheduled dates.
Google still called the corpus low value.
What changed on 7 October 2026
I set robots to noindex, follow on 16 URLs: the what-is-* definitions, "is vibe coding lazy", resource roundups, and broad AI or SEO explainers.
Those URLs dropped out of the sitemap (60 entries to 44). They still resolve if you have the link. What stays indexed is implementation writing from this CMS: deploys, Filament, tests, and scheduling.
I did not delete them. Deletion would create 404s for URLs Google already fetched.
What I will not do next
- Click Request review the same week.
- Publish a batch of new definitions.
- Treat a
lastmodbump as a content upgrade.
What the next month is
One build log a week, on the date it becomes public: the Smart SEO form bug, the Postgres notification id crash, the sitemap timestamp bug, and this noindex pass.
FAQ
Does noindex get the site approved?
No. It only stops thin URLs from standing in for the site. The remaining pages still have to be worth indexing.
When is the next review?
After those weekly posts have been crawled. I will read the Sites line again before requesting anything.
Earlier rules are in the editorial calendar note.
